    Where to file a complaint?! One of your guards wearing a printed blue cloth face mask is extremely unknowledgeable and rude!

    I said I was going to pay off my loan, he asked me if I have a USB. I said I don’t have it with me, then he responded with “NO USB, NO TRANSACTION”.

    Me: Why, what is it for? I didn’t see that instruction anywhere. I’m just going to pay off my loan. skeptical*
    Guard: Everything is now in soft copy, no USB, not possible.
    Me: Can’t I use phone or email?
    Guard: NO *with an obnoxious tone
    I sat down first and checked if I have extra money amidst this pandemic crisis.
    I went back to the guard and confirmed,
    Me: Is it the only thing that’s needed? USB?
    Guard: Yes
    Me: Are you sure? Just a USB?
    Guard: Yes
    Me: Let me just buy one, I’ll get back here once I have it
    Guard: That will do

    As I went back, there’s a different guard on post. He just asked me to log my name and asked me to sit in the middle lane. I waited and processed the payment without them asking for the freakin’ USB.
    Due to lack of sleep and tiredness (since I worked until 1pm that day, and going out commuting for the first time after ~6 months) I forgot about the USB thing.
    It was too late when I thought there’s something wrong.

    This serves as a warning to those who trust so easily, be cynical, ask for a manager. Don’t be afraid to argue just because they have the “authority”.

    I am raging furious! I really wish I could’ve shoved it up off his ass!
    Such a massive hassle to process a payment for a loan that I borrowed from MY OWN contribution! For gov’t employees especially Pag-ibig, please keep in mind that your salary is coming from us contributors/customers so please treat us fairly and just!
