    Hi,
    It is my first time to file a multi-purpose loan just this morning (7AM). I had a nice experience with the PAGIBIG crew in Muntinlupa office. This is why I am writing this down. I just did not get the name who attended to me. He is fast and attentive, polite too. There has been an endorsement made with a colleague. The queue and my transaction was also handled well. The office opened 7AM and started accepting the applicants. It is very early work. I hope other government offices is like this. I’d like also wanted to commend the security guard. He is polite and has a high EQ for his customers.

      Unfortunately we are not open during weekends, but we are open as early as 7am Mon. thru Fri. Yes we accept housing payments. thank u.

    DISSAPOINTED!!!

    Why would you hire people who can’t do their job RIGHT!!!

    MY wife went there to apply for a Calamity Loan, 3 weeks ago. The clerk said “you can apply and will be approved as soon as consolidation is done” After 3 weeks my wife came back and was given this ” you can’t apply for a loan due to the APRIL contribution is blank or rather not paid last year.”

    We asked how was this not seen prior to application? the answer” Hindi ko po kasi napinsin” WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT ANSWER? WHY WOULD YOU GUYS PUT US THROUGH 3 WEEKS OF WAITING AND EVEN GIVING CONFIDENCE THAT YOU WILL PROVIDE THE LOAN GIVEN THE CONSOLIDATION IS FINISHED WITHIN 3 WEEKS.

    THIS IS THE MOST STUPID ANSWER COMING FROM A GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT GRANTING SUCH LOAN, AS IF THE PERSON WHO GAVE THIS ANSWER DOES NOT REPRESENT THE GOVERNMENT ITSELF??!?!?!

I would like to ask if there’s any way i can update my employer details in my MDF if ill come and visit your office?I read it online that i would need to visit Pagibig office to have this done coz there’s no way for me to update it online. I previously worked in makati and will start a new work in northgate alabang soon. Can i update it when i visit your office in alabang munti?

      You may fill up a form called Request for Transfer of records and Loaa details to any branches of Pag-IBIG Fund nearest to your residence.Thank you

    Is there a CSR no. for PAGIBIG that answer’s a call? I need to checked why the renewal of my Multipurpose Loan was rejected. I have paid the previous Calamity Loan for more than 6 months alreadyand the remaining balance is just minimal. I filled my renewal in PAGIBIG Muntinlupa Branch under company’s name. It is very stressful for me to fall inline in a long que while my inquiry is just so very simple, that is why I prepared to just call… But nobody answers may call. The phone is just keep on ringing!!!

      May I be apprised status of my application for retirement and/or return of contribution. I filed my application with Pag-ibig Ayala Cebu last February 2, 2016 and to-date, I never received positive feedbacks despite several follow-ups.

      My officemate who also filed his application on the same date already re ceived his retirement benefits on the first week of March.

    I have submitted my multi purpose loan in Pag Ibig Alabang Branch last June 2, 2016. I’ve informed the representative that my company’s main address is Makati and asked if it’s ok to submit my filled out form, signed by our HR with my one month pay slip to satellite branch. Until now, no one gives me a definite answer where my paper is. I have called Pag Ibig hunt line and got NOTHING. Rather I was speaking with a third party provider to answer for Pag Ibig. We are tax payers. Pag Ibig deducts our contribution on time EVERY PAY PERIOD. When it is time for us to use our money, this agency can’t deliver quality service. Is this how you treat people who diligently work to pay for this agency? JUNE 2 when I submitted my application and no one can answer WHERE my application is. I don’t know if you have concerns with your CONTRIBUTORS the hassle we have to go through to comply with your POLICY. You don’t value your customers time and effort. I have an existing housing loan that I have to pay on time. if I fail to process that payment for a week or so, you charge me interest, if not you do all sorts of follow up to the point haranguing us to make sure we pay, otherwise we will lose our house. We comply to your demand and we understand for the business or agency to work. Where is your consideration to you clients? I need answer. WHERE IS MY LOAN APPLICATION?

    Good day,

    I just received confirmation through SMS that I’ve been approved of my loan and that the proceeds have been deposited to my bank account.

    Our benefits team have coordinated with your office to redirect the cash card at the Kamuning branch since I work at the Commonwealth branch of HSBC.

    Is it possible to go to any Landbank and present them my ID’s so that I can withdraw the money over the counter?

    And may I know the status of our request as this loan is needed for tuition fee payment, appreciate your response on this.

    DISSAPOINTED!!!

    Nagpaconsolidate ako ng contributions from my previous employer and from my currecnt, more than one month ago na, but until now di pa daw consolidated. The processing time is 1-3 weeks pero since interbranch lang yung sa akin dapat ay 1 week lang ok na. Ilang beses na rin ko nagfollow up pero pare-pareho ang sagot ng mga nakakausap ko. “Based daw sa system nila ay di pa consolidated and since iba daw ang system nila compared sa gamit ng branch hindi daw nila makikita ang problem.” Paano ko maayos if di nila masabi kung anong problem. Bakit kasi di na lang kayo maging kasing automated ng SSS. Kaya nga ng SSS bakit kayo di nyo magawa. PInapahirapan nyo pa yung memebers nyo, eh contribution naman nila yung pinag uusapan.

    ask ko lng po kung ano kaya ang process (HOUSING LOAN) kapag magpapagwa ng bahay. Actually meron n pong bahay n nakatayo. gagawa lang po sana kmi ng extension pero dun parin po sa bahay namin na yun.

    Hi,
    I am 7 mos delayed with my amortization and when I went to your office last December 2017 to make 1mo payment, the cashier accepted my payment. Now I went back this January 2018 to pay 2mos to update my account.The cashier did not accept my payment asking me to call the collection agency before making the payment. I am curious what happened. I just made a payment last month.I went to payment screening first and did not tell me about that instead told me that I can proceed and make a payment to the cashier. Before you can go to the payment screening you need to get in line first to the guard to get a number and get in line again to the payment screening counter. After that you will need to get in line again to the guard to get a number before proceeding to the payment cashier wherein you need to wait for your turn again.ending up that the cashier will not accept the payment. The screening staff should have done that already to avoid hussle and long que. Can you give me an explanation please.

    Good Morning Pag Ibig Branch Muntinlupa Sabi nyo po 7-10 days macredit na po sa Cash Card na binigay nyo sa akin yung laon ko po, pero nung tumawag ako sa customer service kahapon wala pa daw na pafile sa record nyo na loan application ko so nageexpect pala ako sa wala. Kaya po ako nagloan kasi need ko po ng pera tapos sasabihin wala ako na file.

    Ng pa merge po ako,ang sabe nila 1 month ang process,then ngpasa din po ako ng loan,ask ko lang po kung ilang weeks ang process ng loan ko.
    Nka 1 month n po ung pa merge ko nitong april 14,2018.salamat
